Return / Refund Policy
Items can be returned for credit within a 90 Day period if they are in new and unused condition.
All items being returned must have a valid RMA number listed on the shipping label or shown on the outside of the packaging. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To receive an RMA number, contact the MTI Customer Service Department at 1-800-348-2976 or email@example.com.
Parts that have been installed are subject to denial. All parts returned are subject to as much as a 25% restocking fee
Parts are sold with a 90 day part only warranty. If a part is found to be defective, please call 1-800-348-2976 x.1112 with details of the failure and to receive an RMA number. Once the part is returned it will be tested. If the part is found to be defective MTI will either exchange the part with a new or used one, or credit the purchaser’s account, at MTI’s discretion. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the part is found to not be defective and is in working order, the part(s) will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense with a warranty adjustment form explaining the reason for being denied.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the part resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, failure to follow operating, cleaning and periodic maintenance instructions, mis-handling, alteration, ordinary wear and tear resulting from use, failure to change filters using only manufacturers’ supplied at the recommended intervals, fuses, re-setting of circuit breakers or if the installation does not comply with set-up and installation instructions or any other circumstance beyond the control of MTI.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be assumed by MTI.
